User Terms
Terms for end users who access Loot Arena through a club, Telegram Mini App or mobile app
1. Scope and acceptance
These User Terms apply to individuals who access Loot Arena as club guests, loyalty members, mobile app users, Telegram Mini App users or other end users ("User", "you").
By logging in, opening the app, joining a mission, receiving a reward, scanning a QR code, using a loyalty feature or otherwise interacting with Loot Arena, you accept these User Terms.
If you use Loot Arena through a gaming lounge, esports venue, internet cafe or LAN center, that venue is responsible for its own services, prices, deposits, game time, promotions, rewards and local rules.
2. Platform role
Loot Arena provides software used by clubs. We are not the club, not the seller of club services, not the organiser of local venue promotions and not a payment agent for club goods or services.
Club operators are responsible for the quality, availability, price and conditions of club services, game time, deposits, discounts, rewards, physical prizes, staff actions and venue operations.
3. Age, capacity and verification
You must have the legal capacity required to use the platform in your country. If you are under the age required by local law, you may use Loot Arena only with parental or guardian consent where such consent is required.
Some features may be limited by age or venue rules. Age or identity verification may be performed by clubs or third-party systems such as club management software. Loot Arena may rely on the verification status received from the club or integration provider.
4. Login and account security
Loot Arena may support login through Telegram, email and one-time code (OTP), Sign in with Apple on iOS and other supported authentication methods.
You are responsible for protecting your Telegram account, email account, Apple account, device and login codes. Actions performed through your account may be treated as your actions.
If you lose access to your account, we may not be able to restore progress, XP, bonuses, statuses, rewards or history connected to that account.
5. Missions, XP, bonuses and rewards
Loot Arena may provide missions, rankings, XP, loyalty levels, statuses, bonuses, discounts, digital rewards and other engagement mechanics. These mechanics are designed for loyalty and entertainment within club operations.
XP, bonuses, statuses and similar elements are not money, electronic money, currency, securities, property rights or stored value. They cannot be exchanged for cash through Loot Arena and may have limits, expiry dates, cancellation rules and venue-specific conditions.
Clubs are responsible for physical prizes, club services, discounts, deposits, game time and rewards they promise. Loot Arena may show or process information about those rewards but does not guarantee fulfilment by a club.
6. Geolocation, QR scanning, push and anti-fraud
With device permission where required, Loot Arena may use geolocation for check-ins, location-based missions, reward validation and anti-fraud. Camera access may be used to scan QR codes. Push tokens may be used to send mission, reward, club event and service notifications.
We may use technical data, device identifiers, IP address, activity logs and device fingerprinting to prevent abuse, multi-accounting, fake check-ins, automated activity and security incidents.
You can disable device permissions in your device settings, but some features may stop working.
7. Prohibited actions
- use bots, scripts, emulators, automation or fake accounts to gain XP, rewards or unfair advantages;
- create multiple accounts for abuse, reward farming or bypassing limits;
- bypass geolocation, QR, verification, anti-fraud or security controls;
- exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, integration errors or reward misconfigurations;
- interfere with the platform, club systems, integrations or other users;
- upload or send unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, adult, violent or abusive content;
- use Loot Arena for gambling, betting, unlawful prize schemes, resale of virtual assets or cash-out mechanics.
8. Restrictions and account actions
If we or a club detect suspected abuse, fraud, unlawful use, security risk, violation of these User Terms or violation of venue rules, access may be limited, missions may be cancelled, XP and bonuses may be adjusted or removed, rewards may be blocked and accounts may be suspended or deleted.
Restrictions may be applied without advance notice where needed to protect users, clubs, the platform, integrations, legal compliance or security.
9. Paid features and club payments
Loot Arena may display paid features or paid club offerings where configured. Payment for club goods, game time, deposits, food, drinks, services or local venue offers is governed by the club's own rules and payment process unless Loot Arena expressly states otherwise.
Loot Arena does not accept payments on behalf of clubs unless a separate payment flow expressly says so.
10. Account and data deletion
Where available, you may delete your account in the mobile app through Profile - Delete Account or by sending a request to support.
Deletion may remove personal data, XP, bonuses, statuses, rewards, visit history and activity history associated with your account. Deletion may be irreversible.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, backup or Customer-controller obligations. If you used Sign in with Apple, related tokens may be revoked according to Apple requirements where applicable.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Requests relating to club-controlled data may need to be handled by the relevant club as controller.
12. Intellectual property
Loot Arena software, design, interface, code, mechanics, algorithms, databases, templates, content and trademarks belong to Loot Arena or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the platform only as intended and only while access is provided.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Loot Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, availability of specific missions or rewards, receipt of prizes, restoration of lost progress, compatibility with every device or continued availability of every integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for actions of clubs, staff, guests, third-party providers, Telegram, Apple, internet providers, local network failures, venue disputes, indirect losses or lost benefits.
14. Changes
We may update these User Terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. Continued use of Loot Arena after an update means acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
